HPD MASTERCLASSES
Interested in taking your studio’s technical training to the next level? Inquire about an HPD Masterclass!
The HPD Technique Masterclass focuses on the foundational skills essential for all forms of dance. Participants engage in a thorough warm-up to prepare the body, incorporating stretching and strengthening exercises that emphasize alignment and flexibility.
Hannah guides students through specific exercises to refine their posture, balance, and coordination. Throughout the class, emphasis is placed on understanding proper technique, including footwork, body positioning, and the nuances of movement.
Students may work on various styles, such as ballet, contemporary, or jazz, allowing them to develop a versatile skill set. Progressions often include across-the-floor sequences and combinations that challenge both physical and mental agility.
With constant feedback and correction, students learn to identify their strengths and areas for improvement. The class fosters a supportive environment where dancers feel encouraged to explore their abilities, build confidence, and cultivate a deeper appreciation for the art form.
